What do you use this magnet for?

Suitable for small closures and removable parts: flaps and small cabinet doors, displays, model making and box closures. For jewelry, only conceal it and do not place it against the skin: the NiCuNi layer contains nickel. Too small for heavy doors or panels; use multiple magnets or a larger size instead. Which disc magnet should you choose?

Convenient when using many magnets: with the magnet dispenser for 2 mm height and Ø10 mm, you can remove disc magnets one by one from the stack without getting your fingers caught between the magnets.

What size hole should I drill to install it?

A hole slightly larger than 10 mm and 2 mm deep, so that it sits flush. Secure it with a two-component adhesive, such as UHU Plus epoxy adhesive.

Is it suitable for 3D prints and model making?

How do I make two magnets attract each other?

First place them together as they should click and mark the outside with a pen. This way you can install them with the correct side facing up.

How much does it hold in practice?

Approx. 1.5 kg on thick, flat steel with direct contact. Paper, a print wall or an air gap will quickly reduce this.
