Secure your race number firmly without safety pins using our Running Race Number Magnets – Eindhoven Special Edition. A special red-and-white design for anyone who’s lining up at the starting line in Eindhoven or has a soft spot for the city.
What sets these race number magnets apart is mainly on the inside. Drawing on our many years of experience with neodymium magnets, we’ve chosen a powerful neodymium magnet measuring Ø10 × 3 mm in N48 grade. Furthermore, the magnet is 100% enclosed within the 3D-printed housing. This means no metal part of the magnet is exposed. This protects the magnet from moisture, sweat, and friction and ensures a high-quality, finished product.
A complete set consists of 8 pieces: 4 front panels and 4 back panels. You simply place your race number between the front and back panels. The strong magnetic connection holds the race number securely in place, without the need for safety pins and therefore without leaving holes in your sportswear.
After the game, click the magnets back into their corresponding round storage holder. This keeps your entire set neatly together and ready for the next round.
The Eindhoven Special Edition was developed by Magnetenspecialist, a family-owned business with roots in Eindhoven. A little piece of Eindhoven on your shirt as you run through the city.
Specifications: set of 8 • neodymium N48 • magnet Ø10 × 3 mm • magnet 100% enclosed • includes round storage holder • reusable • Eindhoven Special Edition • red-and-white design • developed by Magnetenspecialist.
Stronger magnet. Fully enclosed. No pins. No holes.
According to the declarations of conformity provided by the manufacturer, this product complies with the current European RoHS Directive and REACH Regulation.

Neodymium magnets are very powerful and can bounce off each other and/or iron objects at high speed. The force increases as the magnet gets larger, which also increases the risk of breakage. Two of the larger magnets in our range are powerful enough to break fingers or at least cause a few large blisters.
Therefore, wear work gloves and keep magnets away from children. Also, keep Neodymium (NdFeB) magnets at a safe distance from people with pacemakers. This also applies to electronic devices and payment cards.
Neodymium magnets are still the most powerful magnets available today. Our super-strong magnets also remain magnetic virtually indefinitely, provided they are not exposed to the maximum operating temperature or are used with opposite poles.
The letters and numbers in the material coding have the following meaning: The N stands for Neodymium, the subsequent digits indicate the maximum magnetic energy expressed in MgOe. If there are no further letters after this, the magnet can be used up to 80 degrees Celsius.
If there are still letters behind it, it can reach a higher temperature.
We indicate adhesive force in grams or kilograms because this appeals to more people than Newton. The indicated force is measured perpendicular to the magnet. The adhesive force is the force required to pull a smooth, flat steel object (ST37) at least 10 millimeters thick from the magnet in question.
This force quickly diminishes when, for example, there's a gap or layer of paint between the magnet and the object. Even half a millimeter can reduce the force by half. A steel alloy or a rough surface also significantly reduces the holding force.
As mentioned, the direction of the adhesive force is perpendicular to the magnet, but the shear force is much smaller and also depends on the friction between the magnet and the object.
