What do you use this magnet for?
The rubber coating provides grip and helps prevent scratches on the surface. Useful in the workshop, for displays and for attaching to lacquered or sensitive surfaces, for example in motorhomes, caravans and interior design. On lacquered or smooth surfaces, the attachment may not hold as well as on bare steel. Which disc magnet should you choose?

Frequently asked questions
Does it damage paintwork or a refrigerator door?
No, the rubber coating prevents scratches. Keep the rubber and the surface clean, however: sand or grit underneath can still cause scratches.
What is it often used for?
To hold papers, plates, cables or light objects on a steel door, cabinet or whiteboard, and for temporary attachments in motorhomes, caravans or workshops.
How much does it hold in practice?
Approx. 6.6 kg on thick, flat steel. On a thin steel door, or when loaded through paper or sideways, that is considerably less; the rubber does help prevent slipping.
Can I use it outside?
The rubber protects the magnet well against scratches and splashes. Let it dry after wet use for the longest lifespan.
